Turmeric
A natural horse or pet supplement containing 100% dried Turmeric root powder
An Australian vet called Doug English, having noticed several health benefits in his patients, set up a Facebook group called Turmeric User Group. We suggest you visit it for ideas on when to use Turmeric.

The Turmeric dried root powder provides approximately 3.14% Curcumin. Directions:
Daily amount:

Dogs and cats: One quarter to 2 teaspoons per day, added to the same amount of oil (eg. cold pressed olive, linseed or coconut oil) and 3 twists of black pepper. Mix well into the pet’s food.
Horses: One to two tablespoons per day, added to the same amount of oil (eg. cold pressed olive, linseed or coconut oil) and 7 to 14 twists of black pepper. Mix well into the concentrated feed of the horse.
A 1kg pack will last one horse two to four months and one average dog up to a year. A 200g tub will last one average dog 2 months and one horse at least 20 days.
